Ash Brown is the Senior Director, Field and Partner Marketing at Adtran. Ash started at a family/employee-owned telecom, then consulted broadband service providers on marketing and customer experience, and directly before Adtran provided NISC’s BSS/OSS software and marketing solutions. She is passionate about understanding the broadband market space from funding, digital equity, technologies, marketing, customer experience, opportunities, and challenges -- and helping broadband service providers succeed with deployment and growth. She believes in creating a stellar customer experience through understanding the community, businesses, residents, and, of course, the data.
Ash is also on the Fiber Broadband Association's Board of Directors and is excited to talk to all members and potential members at Fiber Connect!
