Hotel Booking Reminder
To ensure that hotel rooms will be available for registered attendees, hotel rooms cannot be booked until one has registered for Fiber Connect 2025. Access to the booking code/link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. For information on room rates,
click here.
Registration will open in three phases:
- Mid-January: Attendee registration opens
- Wednesday, March 17, 2025: Sponsor registration opens
- Monday, March 31, 2025: Exhibitor registration opens

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to fiberconnect@fiberbroadband.org according to the following schedule:
- 15% cancellation fee through April 11, 2025
- 50% cancellation fee from April 12 through April 20, 2025
- 75% cancellation fee from April 21 through May 21, 2025
No refunds will be provided after May 21, 2025.
