Fiber Connect 2025 will be held at the Gaylord Opryland located in Nashville, TN.

Group Rate: $267.00 (plus $25 resort fees and taxes). 
Booking Deadline: Thursday, May 8, 2025, or until sold out, whichever occurred first.

Resort Fee
The Resort Fee covers many inclusions. If you find that you are not receiving these paid-for inclusions, please reach out to the hotel immediately during your stay.

Resort Wide Internet Access, includes
- Enhanced in-person wireless internet access for up to six (6) devices
- Basic wireless internet access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a shared network
Unlimited local and long distance calls
Daily shuttle to Opry mills & The Inn at Opryland
Two (2) bottles of water, replenished daily
Access to the Fitness Center
Daily credit of up to $10 per room toward dry cleaning (credit is not cumulative through stay)
Transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Link, practice range access and daily bucket of balls (rental club provided; appropriate attire required)

The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

Group Rate: $215.00 plus tax for run of house rooms (1 king or 2 doubles, interior or exterior rooms) 
Booking Deadline: Thursday, May 8, 2025, or until sold out, whichever occurred first.

Located across the street from Gaylord Opryland, the Inn at Opryland provides a complimentary shuttle for guests. This shuttle makes a loop between the hotel (the Inn at Opryland), the Gaylord Resort and the Opry Mills Mall and back. The shuttle begins at 7:50am until 8:00pm daily and runs continuously. **Please note this schedule is subject to change**

The Inn at Opryland shuttle schedule:

7:50 AM-10:00 AM – between the Inn at Gaylord Opryland
10:00 PM-8:00 PM – loops between the Inn, Gaylord, and the Opry Mills Mall

Question, how do I receive the booking link?

To ensure that hotel rooms will be available for registered attendees, hotel rooms cannot be booked until one has registered for Fiber Connect 2025. Access to booking code/link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Registration will open in three phases:

January 6: Registration opens for paid conference attendees
Monday, March 17, 2025: Registration opens for Connect Sponsors
Monday, March 31, 2025: Registration opens for Connect Exhibitor

Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims

There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of Fiber Connect 2025, and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please note that the only official registration booking site is through the above link. If you are contacted by anyone posing as Fiber Connect 2025 housing, please let us know by emailing fiberconnect@fiberbroadband.org.
