Corporate Vice President of Marketing
Calix
Norwich, Vermont, United States
I firmly believe that the core of a company's value proposition is not what it develops and sells, but rater what customer challenges it solves. And this story is best told by those customers.
This is a key part of the transformation I am leading at Calix through our communications, digital, content development and demand program strategies that shape our brand. Over the past 7 years we have driven consistent, double-digit growth in our marketing contributions to the business. Calix is a leader in the communications industry, enabling broadband experience providers to transform their businesses and be the winning service providers of tomorrow. Our role is to provide the vision, the insights, and the solutions to enable them to be the experience provider of choice for their subscribers.
I am an expert leveraging the interaction of emerging technologies (IoT, Cognitive Computing, Cloud, Mobile and Social) with traditional marketing journeys (discover, learn, try, buy, adopt and advocate). With over 30 years of experience in marketing I have developed and executed global and local marketing strategies for software, hardware and consulting services.
I received an MBA from Cornell’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management where I majored in marketing. I also hold a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University.
My wife Amy and I have three children and live in Norwich, Vermont.
