Louis Panzer has served as Executive Director on NC 811 since 2011. A active member of CGA for over 20 years, Louis currently serves as Co-Chair of the CGA Data Committee. He has published multiple papers in the ASCE Journal of Construction Management and a co-authored an industry book in 2021, “Underground Utilities for Construction Practitioners and Homeowners.”
Louis is a firm believer in the concept of safety as a shared responsibility.
