Meaghan is a Partner in the Deals Value Creation practice in Montreal focused on TMT (telecommunications, media and tech). Her 15+ years of experience span M&A, consulting, media and public relations and includes international experience across Canada, the US, France, and Central and Eastern Europe.
In her role at PwC, she advises private and public companies as well as private equity firms from pre-deal to post-deal execution. She specializes in screening potential partners and acquisition targets, running commercial due diligences, developing strategies to drive growth, and identifying new market opportunities.
She holds an MBA from HEC Paris and Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University.
