The key to a successful market expansion starts long before the first shovel hits the dirt. It starts will building relationships with key local stakeholders and understanding the process by which any community approves projects and issues permits. It’s about working with local organizations that will benefit from the expansion, including local anchor organizations and institutions, sharing economic impact and demonstrating a commitment to the community. This panel will discuss how to work with local stakeholders as operators being the process of planning network builds, and how to overcome likely roadblocks before they become road closures.
