Martha Galley is the newly named Executive Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility, at Calix responsible for Sustainability Strategy. She collaborates across the organization to align all sustainability intitiatives impacting people, planet and profit; works to amplify Calix's achievements; serves as a resources for customers and the broadband community; and looks for areas to augment Calix's programs to bring maximum value to the company, it's customers and the communities they serve.
Prior to this role Martha was Calix's Chief Customer Officer leading Global Support, Education, Customer Success, Professional and Managed Services, and Renewals portfolios. That organization helps customers acquire, adopt, use and realize the value of their Calix Product and Services investments.
Before joining Calix in 2018, Martha spent five years at Salesforce leading global Customer Success Programs. She developed an array of digital and interactive assets including customer communities, programs, content, prescriptive journeys and technology solutions ensuring customer satisfaction, return on investment and business outcomes for over two hundred thousand customers. Martha has more than twenty years of experience with leadership roles at technology companies including Microsoft and HP (Digital Equipment Corporation). Over this period, she designed high-performance heterogeneous distributed networks, ran field-based marketing, led global sales teams in Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, developed partner sales and services channels, created go-to-market strategies for new business development and launched SaaS businesses across numerous global markets.
Martha holds a degree in Biology, with a concentration on Neurophysiology-Physiological Psychology from Smith College and is a published scientific author. She dedicates her free time to her family and charities addressing hunger, homelessness, and the needs of women and children.
