With over two decades of experience in the broadband industry, Dylan brings expertise and exceptional passion to network infrastructure development and broadband policy. Dylan began his fiber career at Level 3, where he focused on commercial contracts and regulatory advocacy. At Zayo, he served as Vice President of Network Development, leading the Underlying Rights Group and spearheading the company's early organic network expansions before serving as General Counsel for 5G. More recently, Dylan was Network Investments Manager at Meta, where he focused on fiber and ILA deployments in support of the company's vast investments in AI Infrastructure.
Dylan's leadership spans large-scale metro and long haul network development, 5G implementation, and fiber-to-the-datacenter strategic deployments across the United States and parts of Canada. In addition, Dylan has advocated at the FCC and many state public utility commissions (PUCs) to champion common sense public policies that unleash investment in network expansion, bringing the vast promise of internet connectivity and AI technologies to all communities.
