Andrew has a background in electronic design and manufacturing, focusing primarily on integrating electronics into automotive and commercial products. Since 2010, he has specialized in the emerging Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) market. His V2X experience includes work on the USDOT's DSRC certification program and delivering on-vehicle hardware and applications for the University of Michigan Ann Arbor Connected Vehicle Test Environment (AACVTE) and the USDOT New York City Connected Vehicle Pilot. Currently, Andrew manages the Ann Arbor Smart Intersections Project and the Ann Arbor Connected Vehicle Environment 2.0 for the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute.
