Mitchell J Campagna, the founder and CEO of Mitchell J Architecture, Inc. in 1990, is a published and licensed architect with BA and BS Degrees from North Dakota State University. He is also an accredited investor, best-selling author, and speaker. Known as The Fiber Architect “it takes more than engineering”, he is one of the pioneers for the first ever “terabit-ready” fiber city in the United States.
Mitchell began his career in architecture, construction, and real estate development in 1985. With diversified experience ranging from designing and building sport facilities to high-rise buildings; from hotels to high-tech telecom facilities; from medical offices to financial institutions; from mixed-use to multi-family projects, Mitchell has completed over 1 billion dollars in construction. His portfolio includes Vernetti Stadium, Price Club/Costco Warehouses, over 200 restaurants, over 10,000 telecom facilities, over 1,500 multi-family residential units and over 10 million lineal feet of fiber. Mitchell has licenses in all fifty states in the US and is an expert in cost estimating, scheduling, production, and management techniques. From site development to securing financing, Mitch’s collective 40 years of experience ensures each project runs efficiently and economically.
