At Bonfire, Drew spearheads partnerships with municipalities, electric utilities, Tribes, and anchor institutions, helping communities secure funding, streamline permitting, and launch fiber-focused networks that advance digital equity. His playbook centers on building goodwill early—hosting listening sessions, co-authoring permit roadmaps, and quantifying local economic impact—so operators arrive on-site with broad public support rather than traffic cones and protests.
