This PoC will demonstrate the potential of agentless interoperability of TR-369 and TR-069 standards in one solution aided by AI to revolutionize home Wi-Fi Experience, leading to improved customer experience, reduced operational costs, and increased customer loyalty.
Such solution challenges the status-quo of the Wi-Fi experience market, being mostly agent-based solutions.
PoC use case includes remote management of CPEs from different vendors keeping the complexity of interoperability under the hood, to empower Customer Care agents with tools for efficient trouble-shooting or what is even more important for proactive actions.
Embedded AI algorithms serve to equip the agent with personalized recommendations to the specific situation, client’s issues as well as client’s profile.
USP’s capability for bidirectional and real time communication is used to gather real-time data from customer gateways and connected devices, including signal strength, channel utilization, interference levels, and device types.
AI algorithms analyze the collected data to identify performance bottlenecks, predict potential issues, and personalize Wi-Fi settings.
The system automatically suggests recommended optimizations, such as channel switching, power level adjustments, and Quality of Service (QoS) prioritization even before the Customer complains.
Fiber outage detection capability, allows switching from primary fiber link, to FWA, secondary link, ensuring uninterrupted consumer's experience.
The PoC is designed to limit the Consumer’s interaction with CC agents to minimum levels.
